Moon of the dead is one part of a 5 part story of the final days before the 1,000 year reign of our Lord Jesus Christ on Earth. "Funeral of a Species" is a concept EP. Every song has its own part in the story. This is a personal interpretation of what shall take place, taken from Biblical Scripture. Moon of the Dead is the time when the dead shall rise and turmoil will ensue on mankind. Many will perish in this time. "The dead shall rise" does not have anything to do with zombies or anything of that nature. This line pertains to the righteous will rise to be with Christ and the final battle is about to take place. While some may question the Spiritual integrity of this part of the story, my intentions are only to lift up and spread the Words and name of OUR God and OUR savior Jesus Christ. Put in context with the rest of the EP it falls in to place to make sense. The line in the song "open the portal to open the eyes of the wicked" is my opinion of what CERN is doing at this point in time. What that means is once that portal is opened the spiritually blind will see what society and humanity has allowed to take over, repent and turn to Christ for salvation.
